How to prevent people on casual servers spotting with the green name text

On casual servers the green text which names a player is great, but it allows you to really easily and unrealistically scan bushes and buildings to wait for the name to pop up to easily find people you shouldn't be able to see. I think at this point it is completely ruining hunting, stalking or hiding from people.

My solution is very simple:

Instead of having names appear instantly, make it so that names only appear when you hold your crosshair over their location for a small bit of time (say one second).

This way, you can only use it to be certain what you saw was a person, but you can't use it to easily track or spot someone.
