DayZ Private Hive inserting Vehicles using MYSQL

Okay So I've mastered the art of inserting vehicles into DayZ by finding the vehicle_id by going to v_vehicle in MYSQL then going to world_vehicle and copying the ID and then actually inserting the vehicle through copying in instance_vehicle

If i make no sense this is what i do to insert vehicles

But looking in v_vehicle I can't find vehicles like Police Car or cars that are outside DayZ

Is there any way to insert vehicles like those if you know what i mean?

I know Police car is in DAyZ but not in the game itself. Just FYI
