Setting up a 3 hour Schedule

So, I searched the forum but it brought up really irrelavent results :(

So here's my schedule, it doesn't seem to run. BEC returns an error to do with the delay. What have I done?

Yeah so its more of a script error if anything. I've followed what is shown on the BEC site exactly but no luck.
