Massive FPS drop every 10 - 15 secounds

Hello,

This has been bugging me for a while and can't seem to understand why this keeps happening, so i am playing Dayz and my frame rate is around the 30 or above mark on average then i suddenly get a massive drop to 8 - 10 every 10 to 15 secounds, here are my in game graphics settings.

I can't really make sense of it so here's my entire DXDIAG if this helps solve this dilema.....

Well I am not much help, but here's one thing that plagued me and took a while to figure out... I tend to download alot of things, movies, docos and some programs. Recently I must have downloaded something that included a program called Download Beast, it didn't appear anywhere in my computer but I had unusual processes running, so I googled it and found out it was this program and I had to jump through a few hoops to get it off my computer. It made a MASSIVE difference to my fps after I ridded it.

PS: People prob haven't replied because the forums get alot of these questions, hope you figure it out :)

Yeah there is nothing in my processes that should not be there, i'm pretty sure the game should not have this problem so i'm pretty stumpt, i can handle lag, just not lag that occurs every 10 - 15 secounds, tottally makes the game unplayable :/

• Try another server? It happens to me too when the server is overloaded (or not restarted recently).
  
• Check your internet connection? (because most of FPS drops happen due to the connection).
  
• Try another Windows 7 version? (fixes the FPS drops for some players).

Tried all of those things, still no cigar, i get a fairly good ping so i don't see how my internet could be the problem :/
