Banned on US 14223 for... Not sure.

Not sure why I was banned. Me and a friend had been playing on this server for about two days. I signed on today for about 5 minutes and logged off, then rejoined when I was suppose to meet a friend. As I was waiting, I was changing my video settings to to make it run better and I changed the overall appearance to high, and when I hit OK I got a message saying I was banned. I hadn't done anything wrong in this server, even so much ad come into contact with another player the entire time we had been on this server.

I would like to start playing on this server as we do have a base set up and I don't feel like going through the trouble of starting another one up on another server.
