Banned on de 2592 for teleporting

Hi.

Today I have been playing on the de 2592 server with my friend. At radar tower near Zelenogorsk i had some pc crash and my game stopped working. When I get back to game I have picked up the chemligt that was throwed by my friend. After that I received message that I was banned for teleporting. From what I have seen this server and his administrators have some problems with this, and if that kind of ban will occur, the victim should conntact them. I could not find their forum, so I am asking here for help. I want get back my access to this server, because I am a normal player, and I have never had any problems on every server I have played.

Any kind of advice will be good for me

The same happened to me once but that was because a hacker tried to teleport me to his thunder dome.... I also got banned for it, don't know why.. it might be different in your case.

Well I died yesterday respawned started to run and I got banned for teleporting as well this was on celle tho us #333

I have heard in game chat that this is commom problem for this server. As they tried to improve their security it ended with this thing. The worst thing is that in game there is an message that you can appeal on their forum, but you must be in game to see this info as its is show only in chat. I tried to find their forum but for nothing. It could be the hacker or something but we were only players on the server. There was another guy, but he was in lobby all the time so I dont know if it was his job :D. I just want to get this damn acces, and I do not know where to report this...;/. I hope, that they will resolve this soon

your ban was removed after i had checked the reason. there is an false positive bug in the teleport detection software. i'm sorry about that but it's not my fault. say thanks to all the script kiddies out there. :)

btw. there is no 'own server forum'. the ingame message provides only an (periodically checked) email address.
