Can't carry a body?

Recommended Posts

So here's my first post.

Last night I finally got around to meeting another player who didn't just murder me. Yay!

He was badly wounded and had lost a lot of blood. I was escorting him to the hospital in Cherno.

But he kept falling over due to blood loss. Like at the worst possible times.

I noticed that you can still drag a body, like you could in vanilla, but not carry?

Is there a reason for that? I would have much preferred just slinging him over my shoulder and hoofing it.

Thanks for the mod!

Wow! I didn't even realize you could drag one, but that's an excellent suggestion!

Yeah, in a lot of vanilla ARMA2 and ARMA OA MP games I've played, I've taken full advantage of pulling a wounded buddy out of danger and to a medic in cover.

Even though you move at a walking pace, it would have been nice to be able to just carry him. At times he'd black out for a minute and I'd just be waiting for him.

Or he'd black out and zombies would start pounding on him/me.

It's not super important to have it back, but it was certainly nice in vanilla.

Again, awesome mod guys. This is the most fun I've had in a non-traditional ARMA/OFP mod.
