You need to scroll your mouse wheel down to "Get Out" or "Eject".

"Get Out" will only be able if the vehicle is not moving, while "Eject" will be able to use in speed.

These options can be accessed by scrolling with your mouse wheel just like everything else.

remember u can only use eject at very low speeds/attitudes.... u do it in any higher speeds u will instantly break your legs and die. if u do it from a helicopter, your parachute will automatically open.. but the dayz jumping from a helicopter thingy is very buggy.. try it if you are prepared to die,.....

I guess you could rebind the key another key than scrolling. I've seen laptops that can scroll, but does that use the middle wheel scrolling? I have no experience with laptops sadly.

On a laptop there is usually side scrolling on the trackpad. Or if it is a newer laptop it may support two finger scrolling. Meaning that you'd use two fingers to swipe up or down and it would be the same as a mouse wheel. Otherwise look at the trackpad, if there are lines or arrows on the left hand side or bottom then it likely supports edge scrolling. Make sure your drivers are updated and then go into the mouse preferences, you'll likely have a option for alps touchpad or synaptics touchpad, use those settings to setup your scrolling.
