Help getting to 3rd person

Recommended Posts

Been playing this game a couple days and haven't been able to get into 3rd person view. It says I'm supposed to press a button off the num pad but my laptop doesn't have a num pad. It's not a fancy laptop just an hp g6 I bought a few months back for killing time at work.. I've tried binding the command to a different key but that doesn't work either. Any suggestions? Thanks

You can't find the command in the keyboard button list and just switch it?

You've got the exact same Laptop I have (HP Pavilion G6). It indeed does not come with a numpad.

Simply go into the controls, and change 'Toggle view' (I think, correct me if I'm wrong) to whatever you want. I put mine to CTRL + @.

Just a thought, make sure your not playing on a server with 3rd person disabled??

Q

I will double check tonight when I get to work.

I've changed it to a different key like "ctrl+cmb" and it didn't work.

Thanks tho
