Fix skins already

if you put on camo or a ghillie suit you still risk being spawned in debug plains/forest/ocean. having up to date files for both dayz and the beta patch does not prevent this. logging into a server that also is up to date does not prevent this. its annoying when the dev team says its fixed if youre up to date but it really is not fixed.

FIX THE CAMO BUGS
