Grass Rendering Annoyance

So I recently created a new profile character in game in place of my new one and ever since the grass rendering has been annoying. I had the exact same settings as my old profile which was fine and never tweaked and .cfg settings. The grass renders like every single second whenever i am running, its so ugly and nothing like it should be. grass/bushes and other things from a distance are now shitty looking from medium distance. I really have no idea what the problem is i messed with the settings for about an hour in attempt to find a fix. Please help. PC specs: Intel i5 3570k 3.40GHz - HD Radeon 7870 2GB - 8GB RAM - I play at 1920x1080 resolution

make sure post processing is disabled, AA is disabled, make sure your resolutions in video settings are set to 100% on both of them

delete your cfg and profile and start the game again
