L85 AWS : Ban or not from server for using it?

I would like take a L85 ,but I don't know before trade it,if I can use it on my server?

How can I see it before lose or be ban?

It's been removed from the loot table, unless they had it from before and therefore I wouldn't take the risk!

i have mine too, but the thermal is broken for me <_<

It bugs sometimes for me and is just a normal scope but if I pop out and back in to the scope it comes back on. :S

If it's a main hive server then refuse, they can't ban you for having a legitimately obtained weapon. If it's a private hive then you better do as they say as they make the rules.

If an admin questions you about it (in a main hive server) then start Fraps-ing and if you get banned (which you shouldn't) them make a post in the ban appeals sub-forum and you will be able to have it reversed.
