New Computer lagging in Arma 2 Multiplayer and DayZ

My new computer is lagging badly. I've edited my config files and done the graphics tweaking guide. In multiplayer my cpu usage is only 20-22% does that have anything to do with it?

My specs:

I5 3570k@Stock

GTX 660 TI

8 GB RAM

Both Arma 2 multiplayer and DayZ lag badly in towns, outside of that im fine.

u should optimize ur game

in short, post processing to off, video memory to default

also, maybe its the server that is laggy

try other servers

maybe its ur hard drive thats lagging u because of its low speed

try using a ramdisk for dayz files
