Stuck hourglass and humanity issue

This is a post on behalf of a friend of mine whom I was playing with at the time glitch occurred.

Date/Time: Around 16:30 on 08/05/2012

What happened: We were roaming around as you do as a survivor we went to go in a barn and I got picked off by a sniper, my friend got killed by the Zombies and we both respawned after. As soon as he respawned his screen blurred and the hourglass appeared but it wasnt going down. His leg was broken and stuff so I presumed someone shot him perhaps. He wasnt losing blood though nor was the timer going down. We connected to another server to see if it would dissapear or he was dead but the same happened. We then noticed that during this time there was one murder on his debug monitor and his humanity was down to 5k. We joined a third server and murders increased to 3 and he was a bandit at this point.

Where you were: Not sure but on the beach at spawn.
