zak757 146 Posted June 17, 2012 Crouch walking into a town, being spotted from 300m by a large group of zeds, having to run 2km into a small shack and shut the doors, and then do this for every single town I enter is getting incredibly old. What is also getting old is having to murder 27 zeds around a Deerstand, find literally nothing inside, and having 23 zeds spawn around me immediately after and then breaking all my bones by walking off the 7ft ladder and being eaten. What is also getting old is being spotted by a starving player with a Crossbow, and having to outrun HIM for 4km so he can eat the beans I don't have, and then having to run into a town full of zeds to shake him.Enjoy your hardcore survival game, guys. The gameplay is so amazing and realistic, that pussy ass Ghost Recon veterans find it too tedious to bother playing. It is kind of like grinding for a T-54 in a Loltrakor in WoT, which is heaps of fun.
Latros 1 Posted June 17, 2012 Did you really just compare DayZ to Ghost Recon? You kinda fail on that alone.....How many times are you gonna post this crap I think ive seen at least 3 or 4 from you today stating almost the same shit... except you chance the distance they agro on you each time lol... maybe dont walk up a road into town anymore? I dunno im not having these issues and why would you take on 27 Zeds just for a deerstand? the wasted ammo everyone knows would not be worth the reward... then the fact you fell out of a deerstand? hows that even happen fuck I havent fallen once since they patched that. Are you just looking to troll all day? its all youve done today... either way you reak of tears and bs.. . Yes, of course I did a Ghost Recon and DayZ comparison. Did you read the paragraph about it, and the chart?2. Except that I was walking through thick grass, on the other side of a grove of trees.3. I clicked "climb down" on the ladder, the animation plays, then I fall and break my bones.4. You cannot smell through the internet, goofball.

shnikies 14 Posted June 17, 2012 The only thing that needs to be fixed is zombie respawn rates. Everything else is perfect. The game should be harder than it was in 1.7.0, I never died to zombies only other players.
relentless@clear.net.nz 12 Posted June 17, 2012 I wonder if different servers are having different infected aggro results. Some people are saying they aggro from a long distance while prone, I was crawling past multiple groups with no aggro.

People just have different perspectives on it. You can crawl past most zombies, but the crouch-walk is pretty useless because it is the equivalent of running in 1.7.
rittenhaus 0 Posted June 21, 2012 He probably didn't need to take a tone, but he's absolutely right. There is nothing realistic to DayZ now.Crouch-walk IS useless. Might as well sprint full tilt like a zombie.
CreatioNz 0 Posted June 21, 2012 I'm sorry you compared a FREE mod, that is currently in ALPHA,with a development ram of about 5 .... To a final release client game created by a high budget franchise? Watch out we got a bad ass reviewer over here, tots knows what he is talking about
miqueloz 33 Posted June 21, 2012 Zeds are too easy now. Way easier than they were in 1.7.Sad thing is that stealth is a lot less useful in the current patch than it was before. Too easy to lose the zeds and little reason to stealth because you're so much easier to see.
