Suggestion: car modding and fixing

I would like to suggest these changes to the way you fix and mod cars:

- Removing tires/engines from cars to move to other cars (maybe with repair kit equipped) + same for helicopters to salvage parts to other helis

- Painting cars with new items like spray paint? They could be solid color only or add some stickers to add to a car to give it a new skin (different skins for trucks and normal cars)
