Banned 4 months Ago - I want to play Again.

Hi,

I was banned around 4-5months ago and I'd like to start playing again, is there anyway I can get un-banned or purchase a new key?

How much would the new key be? And how would I go about activitating it.

A friend of mine was (wrongly) banned.

Either way, he bought a new key and got a new Steam account for it. I don't know if there's an easier way, but that's currently what I know, he just purchased ArmA 2 on a new Steam account.
