I have just taken the plunge into the realm of DayZ and to see a fellow Bambi progressing is good news. I'm in the process of trying to find a friendly Private Hive for my escapades and continued learning. :)

In the exact same boat here. Slowly but surely I'm surviving longer and longer. It's just a case of finding a server where people with the top end gear don't insta-shoot new spawns.
