I have a dedicated server box that I want to put DayZ on. I have a extra ips and want to asign a special one to it.

But I can't find out how to do it?

You could just add the -ip=x.x.x.x variable to your startup commandline.

Where is the start up commandline? Did not remember doing a commandline for this game like the other games.

Most people start it up using a .bat file included with most private hive repositories. You would just simply edit that.

This is what I have in my Restarter bat file

[Global]

[dayz_1_chernarus]

name=Bliss

profiles=dayz_1.chernarus

config=dayz_1.chernarus\config_fc0e9ba5.cfg
