Hi all,

Many people have waited a long time for a response to emails. We apologize for this, as the email backlog has been huge! We've been working hard to cut down on the email backlog, so if you haven't received a response, please be patient.

Yes, what's the current state of the email situation? I am not trying to complain at all here because I know you guys are very, very busy, but it has been almost a week since I sent the information you requested and I have yet to receive an approval decision. Just curious what's up and if I should send another email to you or someone else, that's all! Regards.

good luck catching up on that. looks like you should hire a support company to deal with your admin stuff.
