Help me run this game as best I can please :)

I know spec threads are probably frowned upon but I need a little help.

My Specs for my >LAPTOP<

Processor: AMD Phenom II N620

Dual-Core Processor 2.80 Ghz

RAM: 4GB - 3.74 Usable

64 bit

Basically I can run the game start up, but unless I have the patience of saint I cannot play DayZ. It just freezes every couple of seconds or so.

If there is anything I can do to at least run into without stopping every 5 seconds that'd be great, I have lowered all settings to bare minimum :/
