Novy sobor spawn (stuck under house)

Hey after getting killed multiple times by a hacker I spawned in novy sobor , not sure if this is a legit spawn or not , but either way I was stuck inside the house I spawned in half in the floor , i read online you can get out by vaulting , but at the time I didn't know so i went prone , now I'm stuck prone under the floor , any way i can fix this?

try going prone and rolling to the side, and pray that it doesnt brake your legs <3 gl

yeah i managed to side roll out of the main corridor by the steps , knocked me out mind, thanks , ive spawned here 3 times now its supposed to be rare , its crazy
