Please may I have some assistance?

Recommended Posts

Ok, about 2 weeks ago I got a new graphics card, and tried running my favourite games and see how much fps I would get on the highest settings. Most of the games can get a solid 60 and some drop to 40. With Arma 2 I can run it at high settings at a solid 60, however, with Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead and Dayz, I run at like 20fps on the lowest settings. I was wondering if anyone could help me get Operation Arrowhead to run faster.

I have set GPU_MaxFramesAhead and GPU_DetectedFramesAhead to 1 but there is no difference.

Could I have some help please?

PC Specs (Essentials):

Processor: AMD Phenom II X6 1055T Processor 2.80 GHz

RAM: 4.00 GB

Graphics Card: Saphire Radeon HD 7750 (1GB GDDR5)

the reason is your processor. Switching it to high to low sets the priority on your cpu. Switch the graphics to high and see if it runs better

DayZ hogs a lot more resources than the original Arma 2. If you've noticed, the more people on the server; the laggier it is.

Updating your CPU will help with this framerate.
