Standalone Info?

Hey guys i heard that this mod is going to be its own game soon named standalone. i was wondering if you guys know if it would be easier to run than ARMA II because arma requires a good computer for high quality gameplay. I hope the graphics will have less requirements. have you guys heard anything about it?

I'm not even going to say anything about starting a new topic for this... sure someone else will. To the best of my knowledge SA will be using Arma II as a platform and may even use Arma III, so yes you will need a good computer to get the most out of the game. Please some one correct me if I'm wrong :)

.. a topic was made all about this its pinned and its not gone be called standalone .... its just what we gamers call it until it comes out as it dosent have a name all we know its based on day z mod please go on the standalone topic

by the term "Standalone" it means it's going to be a game in it's own right that "stands on it's own two feet" rather than just modifying the way an already existing game works.
