we should round up alot of people and make a huge camp were you can trade and sleep safely. a place just to talk to people with out worrying about geting shot. every one inside will be REQUIRED to have there gun equipped much like 2nd amendment. would you shoot some one inside knowing there 10 other people waiting to kill you?

Frag = no party. Even if one man shot in hoard of others the misfire would be more crucial then the one man attempting murder.

People do make camps like this. They keep themselves secluded to avoid attacks.

Camps have to be tempered with a little caution.

It sounds like a good idea on paper, to have everyone cooperating and trading freely, but one bad apple spoils the bunch.

All it would take is one unhappy customer, or one jealous reject.

As soon as a hostile group catches wind of your camp, your in BIG trouble.

If you kill off attackers, they respawn and come back. It's not so easy to up-root when your camp is so big.

I know Rocket plans to have the players build the world, so there's a good chance ouposts like this will show up in the future.

I'd visit, but I wouldn't call it home.

I've also lended my arms in defending such posts.

Yes because a cheater cannot simply teleport everybody on the server to one of his death camps...

This rarely works, unless you have a bunch of real friends that cooperate well enough and know where everybody is you are sure to get some random guy doing a misfire or killing another and everybody starts shooting at everybody else. The last man standing gets to pick and chose from the gear and vehicles that survived the carnage. The dead ones will all bumrush back to the camp to loot the rest and we are back in Free for All mode.
