I can run Dayz or Arma II OA Can Anyone Help?

The titles ment to be *CANT* I just bought ArmA II Combined Operations and downloaded Playwithsix to play Dayz but now when I try run the game this pops up http://prntscr.com/nys8q . What does that mean and how do I fix? Also I get Bad serial number And I have never played any ArmA II OA because it wont allow me and suggestions?

You need to run Operation Arrowhead at least once before you can play DayZ.

The error means the file you are trying to run has no program to run with.
