Recruiting American "Avengers" Only on Whitelisted Server

To the good slayers out there,

I'm essentially the only American playing on a server hosted in the UK. Since joining the server 3-4 months ago, I can tell you that I haven't seen one hacker. The admin does a good job. If you get DayZ dicked, he'll fix it. Trust me when i say it is a good server.

Now to the meat of the recruitment. Here are the requirements.

1. Good to excellent PVPer

2. Communicates

3. Experienced with Chenarus

4. Can navigate quickly

5. When you join, you must choose a character from the "Avengers"...I am currently Captain America

6. You will not talk to any of the folks currently on the server. If you do, kicked and banned from server. You can only talk to your fellow Avengers and to the Admin, Mac.

7. You must have Teamspeak.

8. The server is on EST. I usually play late night...anywhere between (2200-0700), but try to get on during the day because that is when most of the action occurs. You aren't required to play when I do, but you must represent the "Avengers" well when you are online. That means you must gear up and kill everyone you see that isn't an Avenger.

9. We are no mercy bandits. No hesitation on a kill. Kill everything you see.

10. If you don't pass the initial test, I'll have you removed. No hard feelings. Initial test will be to hunt Europeans. I'll assess your communication and your tactics.

11. #1 rule is to win the battle. Everything is all good just as long as the Avengers win the battle. With an Avenger left on the battlefield, you can respawn, run back to your body, and recollect your gear. With a loss, we all lose our shit. NOt acceptable.

12. Our mission is to PWN the server. Be feared. No communication with the enemy. Even when the TS admins join our TS channel, we go silent until we boot them from the channel. We want legends told about us. With mystery comes fear. With fear, comes mistakes. With mistakes, comes death.

13. I'm a very competitive person. Not so much to where I'm a doochebag. But i expect serious gamers. I'm 36, married, 2 kids, good job. My life doesn't afford me the time to dick around. I don't have time to deal with childishness. If I pick you up and you don't meet my standards, you'll be removed without warning and I hope there aren't hard feelings. But if you make it, I can promise unbelievable PVP, and the spoils of winning those exciting battles.

14. You must be patient. Getting the kill yourself is not the more important than the team getting the kill. Remember, win the battle. If backup is close, wait for it, then engage.
