a base leader who controls each fireteam

a leader who controls a portion of the army

a captain who controls most things

a heavy LMG expert who uses the heavy machine guns

a driver who drives vehicles needs to know how to drive most vehicles

a who fixes people up

and finaly a basic soldier who does most things
