Understanding Server Logs

Hello all. I am an admin of a private server, and I am trying to understand exactly what the different lines in the log mean.

For instance, the line

(2013-01-02 | 12:13:01) : SetDamage Log: #3 Moooohh Im A Cow (003f87e917ff99e701783a3924543c83) - #2 0.000000 1:-1622411050

would mean that player "Moooohh Im A Cow" just took damage, correct? Is there any kind of refference for what the different lines mean?

I am asking this because I just had a group of hackers (at least 2), on my server. I would like to understand what these lines mean so I can have more evidence when trying to determine if a player is doing something abnormal.
