Looks like I will be going Admin/Medic/Support/Training

Recommended Posts

Was asked by my clan admin to step into a training role for our hive. We seem to have a lot of new players, surprisingly enough, and they have a lot of questions, though they picked our PvP hive servers to start out. These servers are becoming very popular, very quickly. I cannot even imagine how frustrating that must be for the poor bambies. I look back on my learning curve and marvel at how far I had to go to get where I am.

For this reason I will be seeking out and looking to those established medic types to learn this new play style. I know that many of you have been playing this way for awhile and so you have picked up a few tricks along the way. I will need then to complement my patience and training skills.

Don't forget that one of the ways to get very good at surviving is to learn the hard way. Training people sounds nice but there's no better teacher than experience. Maybe a mix of both would benefit the "trainee" better.

Of course I totally agree with this. I am one of the tough, throw them in the fire types even IRL.

Aye having people you know and trust is handy, i have a very tight knit mod team for UK46, i know all of them from playing in game etc and knowing they have the knowledge and time to chip in.

So far it's worked out really well.... Hope you get the right people in!!

The trusted medics offer a mentoring service as well as medical aid, they have multiple training courses for people seeking to be medics, bodyguards and essential survival knowledge courses that can get you the proper information as well as show you how others run training courses. If you're interested then go have a look at the TMW website here and post a mentor request.
