Blood level won't keep updated

Date/Time: 17th of june 2012

What happened: I was hit by zombies, lost some blood, bandaged, so nothing unusual. Then I was eating some meatsteaks to get my blood level back up from 6k to 12k. I then proceeded to play the game for another 45 mins approx, before logging out.

On logging back in, my bloodlevel was back at 6k at the exact same level it was on before eating my meatsteaks. But my meatsteaks were gone, only my blood level failed to update. I repeated this twice and twice this was the result.
