Empty Every Time I Spawn

Every time I leave then spawn in a server, all my stuff is gone. I've tried different servers, I've gone back to the same server and no matter what, all my stuff is gone when I spawn in again. I am in the same spot I logged out in just without my stuff. Anyone know how to fix this?
