Banned for Spawn Hack - WTF?

Hello guys,

I'm from Brazil and sorry for my english, but I was recently banned from BR 10 and BR 24 (custom servers), because aparently I was using a "hack spawn". They posted this log, claming that this is the reason I got banned:

I just lost control of a Heli, ejected it and that thing just exploded. Where in hell is this a hack spawn?

This falls under remote execution and some admins may not know destroying a vehicle could result in what you posted. Looks like they were unaware and failed to investigate or simply took it as scripting.

Don't sweat it. Many other servers out there to choose from.

Well, after complaining several times, they insist in saying that I've cheated.

I feel really bad about such injustice. At least was not a global ban.
