How to play with no scroll wheel?

so i dont have a scroll wheel so i havent been able to pick up backpacks and getting in and out of cars can be difficult. Is there anything I can do about this?

My scroll wheel broke, look for the binds "previous" and "next" and change the keys. I make previous Y and made Next as U.

So when I press Y or U it works as if the scrolled wheel.

he means go into controls and change the bind from scroll wheel to Y and U
