Just bought Arma 2: OA on steam. It shows up as a seperate game from Arma 2. Do I only need to download and install OA or do I have to do both?

Do you own Arma II on steam as well, or as a physical copy?

You will need both games installed.

Both , then run them both.

Once you have installed the game , remember to run OA , and run it as Combined Operations
