Creating Custom Loadout for donors????

I've looked around and havent found exactly what im looking for. I know it can be done casue i see it all the time. Ive got a HFB server and full database access. I use Navicat to do editing. But i dont know how to make it so i can attach a user id to a loadout so every time a specific player spawns they will have their own loadout. the closes thing i could find was make a new instance table with the info but that doesn't seem like all i gotta do so anyone willing to help me?????

no im not talking about giving people weapons like as50's or stuff like that, im talking about letting them get camo skin, hatchet, map, stuff like that for donating
