HELP: motion lag (delay)

hello guys :D

for some reason im having motion lag(delay). when i move my my mouse it take like a split second (delay in movement) to move and when i stop the mouse it delays the stop. what can i do?


Computer Specs:

Amd Radeon HD 5400 512mb
AMD FX4100 Quad-Core 3.6 GHZ processor
4 GB RAM (3.25 GB usable)
Windows XP SP 3
