Glitched inside Rocks & Stuck

Can someone help me? im stuck inside some rocks on taviana and i cant get out, ive asked admins to kill me or tele and they wont, people have tried to help but its too far in and ive tried making different profiles to ge tout but its in the same place. how do i get out? :'(
