Trying to Find the server admin for a server

In an HFBserver.com hosted server trying to figure out who the admin is HFBservers.com wont help me out...there is a known hacker on this server by the name marauder and the server desparetly needs a server restart everything is looted out (downed heli spawns) can anyone help me the server IP is " 216.176.190.250:2342 " server name is

And i was wonder how i would go about getting into contact with said Admin?

Based on the server name "HFBservers.com"

HFB Servers is the hosting company, not the server name. Either its a new server that not set up yet or a dead server that the admin no longer cares about.

Because everything is looted out my guess its the later, sounds like it hasnt had a restart in a long while. find a new server.
