Looking for a group

I have pretty much just started playing DayZ. After my first session I have found that I love this mod, but only when I am playing with another person. Without someone watching my back, the game just isn't very fun. I don't last long and I never really feel the need to invest myself into the game. So here I am, looking for a group of people that are willing to take me in and teach me the ropes. I am pretty much the type of person that would rather play the heroic and help people out rather than prey on them. Of course, bandits are fair game. I see than as evil pinatas to crack open for their pilfered goods.

I don't really take games serious and I would like to play with a group that reflects that. I have vent, and I am willing to download teamspeak, but I will not touch mumble.
