my Player ID is different from other people?

the admin of a server i play on is having difficulty giving me a custom loadout. I dont recieve the custom loadout but other people do. My friends player IDs are 8 numbers. mine is 7 numbers with two letters. why?

0 = Numbers

X = Letters

mine: 0000000XX

Friend: 00000000

Why does it matter though? It's just something used internally on the server and not related to your GUID at all.

Because for some reason the server that i am playing on is not letting me get a custom loadout.

Would you mind elaborating what you mean with custom loadout? Does the server give you a certain loadout, is that it? Or do you have some weird models that you're trying to use? And finally, what error message do you get?
