Reason Banned: Hacked Makarov SD

Defense: I had not hacked in the weapon. A few days ago me and and admin named Kenny as well as a small group of people had acquired various loot from a box. Had I known it was hacked in. I would have disposed of it at that very instant. In my defense Kenny could vouch for me since he was there at the time I had acquired it.

Well at least you didn't get banned for "false reason" this "kenny" person all i can say is that hes abusing his power. I saw two crashed choppers, 1 chopper "that kenny had", 1 chopper on the island east of elektro which i repaired. I flew it over to the town, 2 towns east of elektro right before the big island, and i was going to refuel it but kenny was there refueling and he got on his chopper machine and took a shot at me. He flew too and chased after me but i got away with a broken leg, bleeding status, and a couple yellow damaged chopper. Then he "bans" me saying I was using an auto recovery chopper.

My defense: Me: Fixed Chopper, Tried to fly away from Kenny who was apparently trying to kill me but couldn't. Vs Kenny: Having a chopper other than the chopper on the other island, two crashed choppers one in berezino one by the gas tank by the island, one chopper that he was using (dont know where he got that from), and the chopper i found that was broken on the island. And he fails to kill me and bans me because i have a window that can apparently "regenerate itself"

A smoking chopper that can auto repair itself, only thing i can conclude from this is, hes been spawning his own choppers and according to few testemonies i found online, he bans people who apparently kills him or who tries to get away from getting killed by him. You wouldn't believe me if I was the only one making this testimonies but apparently there are a lot of people. P.S. Kenny won't vouch for you lol he's abusing his power of course he'd make up another excuse like "auto repairing windows' or 'this guy has teleport hack' or 'he has infinite ammo' and ban people like he always do. Thought he was a good guy at first but i playing for like three total hours on his server or a little more he banned more than five ~ seven people during that time. Someone really should teach this guy a lesson and tell him to not abuse his power as a gm.
