Constantly playing, then random "receiving" screen pops up?

It will take usually 2-3 minutes before everything returns to normal, i can see all the chat and stuff, but it puts me in a receiving screen that i cant do anything except chat with other players. alt tabbing wont fix it. what do?

Explain a bit more detailed. What does the pop up say? How often does it occur? Did you do anything particular before the pop up appears?

I'll just be playing randomly like anything i do, then screen blacks out, and the "receiving" screen pops up. it begins to like blink every 5 seconds or so, and seldom can i get out of it and return to the game. I'm not really sure what occurs. The game continues, and my body is still there at the position, i can do chat/dialogue but i cant see or move or anything. It's similar to when you alt-tab and the receiving screen pops up for a short period of time however it occurs during mid-game.

It doesn't show any error messages at all, it will simply take me to a black screen with the usual "receiving" as if i was alt tabbing back into the game. I've never had this happen to me before until just recently... all i did was update gpu update hard disks, install SM bus controller and thats it really.
