official server having issues

Looking for some advice. I play on an official server. As of a week ago all the tents disappeared, but my vehicle remained. I hooked up with some admins and players, some vehicles respawned and other will not. Currently the time is not right sometimes staying light 24 hours. Also the little bird, hind nor heli crash loot sites will spawn. All the normal in building and barracks items spawn but were all baffled. The admin tried to do a server wipe and it did not work. He just put a ticket in to Dayz dev's, has anyone else come across this? The official server was password protected but it has since been opened public. The spawn and tent issue happened when it was still on password.

An official server that was locked?

There is no such thing as official servers except the name. Anyway, sounds like it has problems with hive connectivity, or the hive itself is having issues.
