ARMA beta patch not installing

For the 1.7.1 update I tried installing the latest beta patch (93825) but I ran into two problems:

- The FTP site asks me for a username/password almost every time I try to download it, but I got it to work after spamming F5 for a while.

- The installer appears to run fine but afterwards Windows asks me if the installer ran correctly.

When I then start ARMA again, it tells me I have version 1.60.87580. Why is my ARMA not updating?

Did you add these parameters to your arma2oa.exe

-beta=Expansion\beta;Expansion\beta\Expansion -mod=@Dayz -nosplash
