How to give specific people new default gear?

Hey all, OSS here;

Im an admin on The Mortifier and its sister, The Mortifier: Reloaded

I'm looking to give myself and my admins a different outfit and specific loadout that will become our default spawn gear (m16, gps, ect). I can see how to change the default gear for *everyone*, but what about a specific person(s)? Thanks in advance!

I'm not too sure on this myself, but i also own a server and would love to know how to do this. Ps. How do you change the gear for everybody?

I wont be touching that server with a 10 foot barge pole. The other post he made was advertising his servers "There are 250 vehicles, 24/hr daytime, wrecks and care packages"
