ArmA II Operation Arrowhead problems

I got ArmA II OA and have played and also played DayZ.

I was playing this at my nans house and there was a different screen resolution.

I am now home and the game will simply not launch, it comes up with the 10 tick boxes and will not load after that, in fact it pauses, I can play all other games in my steam library accept ArmA 2 and ArmA 2 OA.

It is not a bad serial key problem i have already fixed that now i just don't know what to do.

Do i have to re-install it and how do i do this or is this a different problem?

Try Right-Clicking it in your Steam Library and hit 'Delete Local Content..'

Normally fixes thing slike that which are saved as local variables.

EDIT: If that doesn't work, try repair it through Steam too.

What one do i delete local content on and how long does it take to re-install?
