im trying to delete it from control panel, thats what it used to delete it

Well you can always go to program files and delete it from there, and that's that :P

i did, but it still says that the games on my computer, i need to buy the game again.

Once you delete the actual files, your Programs Control Panel page should give you an "unable to (something)" error when you click uninstall and ask if you want to delete the listing. Not real certain what your goal is here, but you should be able to reinstall at this point if there are no registry entries that need to be cleared. hth!
