Okay, so i have re downloaded the dll and did all that, and im still getting the error, so i even replaced the dll in my local file for arma, but the problem is, its being deleted every time i start arma.

Do you know how i can fix this? I dont use steam btw.

Are you jumping into the game to fast? When I started playing DayZ I was getting the same thing, tried the same thing you did... oddly enough one time I just waited in the lobby for ever, and it updated and then started up correctly...
