are Arma II, Arma II Arrowhead, and Dayz compatible with windows 7??? Please reply! :( !

Yes they all work on windows seven and I know this because I use windows seven. Just make sure your system can run the game with its specs and be sure to play the basic training and other tutorials before you start playing DayZ because ARMA and OA are pretty complex and different than allot of games.
